RBL HEMORRHOIDS/PILES : THE RUBBER BAND LIGATION THERAPY is an outpatient treatment (OPD) procedure for the Grade1 & Grade2 internal HEMORRHOIDS/PILES and if done by a skilled proctologist then it can also be used on Grade3 internal HAEMORRHOID/PILES, It's an Ambulatory OPD procedure which generally takes about 10 to 15 minutes without any general/spinal anaesthesia or hospitalization, the need of bed rest is very rare which might be of 3 to 12 hours only depending on seniority of case and number of hemorrhoids concerning the physical condition of patients, In RBL procedure there is a small medicated/medical grade Rubber Band which is implant at

The sclerotherapy is an outpatient department (OPD) ambulatory treatment, it's a special kind of medicated injection (a type of PRATISARANIYA KSHAR KARMA ) used to treat grade1&2 level of of bleeding internal HEMORRHOIDS/PILES which is injected under the mucosal membrane (uppermost layer of HEMORRHOIDS/PILES mass) with a very fine small middle (usually insulin short middle is used) to administrat medicine locally on the HEMORRHOID/PILES.mass.sometimes 1or more (2to3)sittings might be needed depending on the grade of HAEMORRHOID/PILES mass, the Sclerotherapy is use for the treatment of grade1&2 HAEMORRHOID/PILES mass and sometimes in grade 3 if administered by a skilled proctologist.
The procedure usually do not need any general/spinal anaesthesia, Hospitalization or bed rest & takes about 10to15 minutes with the help of local anaesthesia for which some numbering ointments or sprays are used, the need of chemical synthetic oral analgesic/painkiller is very rare and it depends on the the patients pain bearing capacity &the level of fear for in most of the cases counselling by doctor may help,with no rest or precautions along with the MCDPA THERAPY to replace use of chemical synthetic antibiotics by boosting immune system.
