This is also OUTPATIENT (OPD) AMBULATORY treatment for internal HAEMORRHOID/PILES of grade1&2, it can be also used in grade3 and if used by an skilled Proctologist Doctor then sometimes the RBL can also be used on the grade4.
In comparison to KSHAR SUTRA & KSHAR KARMA the RBL has a little less success rate & procedure can be done in OPD on examination table only under local/surface anaesthesia.

It is a non-surgical therapy so there is also no need of any general/spinal anaesthesia, cut incision or any hospitalization & the patient can go home just after the therapy which takes 10 to 15 minute to perform treatment on one HAEMORRHOID/PILES, & the patient can continue their
daily routine works after the therapy.
The need of oral chemical synthetic analgesics/Painkiller is very rare and depends on the pain bearing capacity and will power of patient, and in most of the cases, if patient requires any painkiller then the use of local ointment & suppositories are recommended.
